Georgetown Loving

During Easter last week, my family and I decided to pack everyone into the car (mom, dad and my two brothers) and head down for the up to an hour drive to Georgetown, Washington D.C. I was super excited because MAYBE I could get to meet my favorite band as they were performing not so far from D.C., but sadly they were still in the city they performed the night before :(. Other than that, I actually had a beautiful walk around Georgetown including buying a cropped sweater at H&M!

I love the record players because like they are so adorable and everyone should have at least one record in their house if they feel like being artsy.

I absolutely love the elegance of the town, the white bricks and (though I have not toured the University yet) Georgetown University looked like a real life Hogwarts. I would love to live here because it is so pleasant, I am saying this out of experience but it is amazing there that I cannot wait to go back again!

Easter Outfit 2014

Spring has finally arrived to central Maryland! As I have mentioned in the earlier post that I will be uploading a post on my outfit for Easter! I have recently worn this outside to my best friend’s Sweet 16 and I thought it was very Spring like for Easter. I actually got this dress last year to wear this day but since I was the self-conscious freshman last year, I decided not to. This year I am confident and I have been wearing it proudly on my shoulders! I absolutely love the colors as they are all bright and very spring like! My dress is a pastel and I absolutely love how it “shows off my curves” if I can say that. The plunging back stopped me last year but this year it makes a bit of a statement as you can say :). Below is a video that my mother helped film which did not come out as well as I hoped but please enjoy!

Easter Fun 2014

Hey everyone! I am hoping that you will or have an amazing Easter! Remember it is the day to remember Jesus dying for our sins and saving us and Resurrected on the third day! If you are not religious then I guess you do not have to worry about that! I always have fun with Easter as I love candy and the colors and recently started having a love for bunnies! So as my neighborhood had an Easter egg hunt, so many adorable kids, I was making little cake pops which I was inspired by Bethany Mota! I will leave a link to the video to make them here. Or I can give you the recipe below!

059

  • Cake Batter
  • Peeps
  • White Icing
  • Food Dye
  • Treat Pops holder

060
So start by baking the cake like you normally should, my cake did not come out as well as I hoped, last year did not work out either but we manage to deal with it.

061
While the cake is baking, yes cut off the heads of the peeps. You can always eat the butts though.
062
Put food coloring into the icing and stir until you get the color that you want. I went with blue, and red food dye along with mixing both to make the most wonderful purple color.
063 064 001
As soon as you cake is done, put some cake inside the treat pop container and put icing in. Keep adding cake until you are ready to put on the bunny peep head!
004
Here is my ending result!

I will  be posting my outfit soon as I was hoping to put a video together! I will see you soon!

Came Out Swinging

I spent this year as a ghost and I’m not sure where home is anymore.

Yesterday was the limited amount of days that we can trade our uniforms for regular clothing. So as I was trying to find clothing that followed the many rules girls have that doesn’t include the boys, I found out that my clothing is not really “school appropriate” as I can say. This is my attempt of what I tried to put together along with my fashion sense.

Originally people thought I brought my Converse to school, I snuck in my wedges as trying to experiment because most girls wear heels and I am sick of wearing clunky shoes most of the time, like my horrible “Oxfords”. So you can say I’m kind of a rebel!

The Wire

You know there’s no rhyme or reason for the way you turned out to be
I didn’t go and try to change my mind. not intentionally
I know it’s hard to hear me say it but I can’t bear to stay and
I just know I know I know I know that you’re gonna be OK anyway

Yesterday I had gone to the mall which is one of the few places I got to which does not involve me being my school uniform. So I decided after months of keeping it hidden in my closet, I try to wear my little wire headband. I have tried to figure out how to wear these style headbands because well I am not a headband person. My hair is very weird on how when I wear a headband my bangs stick up on all ends. Ugh! So I decided, other than growing out my bangs, that I at least try it with topknot! Topknots have been my got to hairdo when I was feeling unaware what to do with my hair. I am not happy on how these photos turned out because this is the last place I would take photos if the sun wasn’t so bright and made the picture look white.

1. I have a strong desire to travel, but I hate planes. I really cannot go by car much longer either as sitting just makes me anxious after a few hours. Despite wanting to go to London, Sydney and L.A. I cannot travel on a plane for a little more than 4 hours or else I also get anxious. As you can see I get anxious a lot.
2. A Cinderella Story is my favorite movie of all time. The movie with Hillary Duff as the main girl. I love the music they play along with the story line, I am still waiting as the outcast girl to have a kiss in the rain with the quarterback of the football team.

Favorite moment right there! ^
3. My music is completely random. Although I cannot sing I do sing to different genres of songs from the Frozen soundtrack to All Time Low to Iggy Azalea.
4. I have an obsession with bunnies! Even though I had one when I was 8, I really started wanting one again. Maybe name her Alice. I even have a bunny shaped lamp.
5. I am a hopeless romantic. If you haven’t known, I love the whole Romeo and Juliet type of stories, make sure it has a happy ending. I hope one day I can get my happy ending despite the horrors of real life.
6. The Gallagher Girls Series is my favorite series of all time! I have read each book about 5 times and I still love them. The funny moment is I feel like Cammie Morgan and I are like one person.
7. I named a sack of sugar Lucas Ashton Calum Clifford. In Psych class we had to carry around a sack of sugar and pretend it was a baby so I named it after the members of my favorite band 5 Seconds of Summer.
I would like to thank you for reading my posts along with sticking with my random posts whatever they may be about.
I kind of literally went through my Twitter feed to figure on what to put as my facts and items.

Florida Day 3: DisneyWorld and MGM

We have finally got to the last posts of my trip to Florida! It has taken me a little over a month to get this far, but we’ve made it! I wished that I have been able to do more and go on more rides but hopefully next time!

Hello Mr. Crane, nice to see you there! Do you mind hiding while I try to take a picture? Thank you!

Two Wendys and a Peter! Love you mister Peter Pan! I swear to God, I waited maybe an hour or so (maybe exaggerating) to meet his awesome character. The line consisted mostly of teenage girls who love how he will never be corrupted by growing up. I feel the same love for Peter but he gives me this feeling of being taken away to unknown places from the terrors of adulthood. You will never guess but I was extremely nervous to even be a few feet from him. Let’s just say I am not a pirate and the watch on my necklace won’t let me know what time it is to go home.

We ended up at the Grand Floridian for lunch! Other than the few restaurants they had, we ended up eating where they served breakfast. But the hotel was extremely beautiful! There was a wedding there and the bride looked so pretty and I told my mom about it and she stated that I shouldn’t be getting married at Disney. Oh well.

212 232 237
We had gotten on the bus from the hotel off to MGM for the ending part of the trip! I wish I done more than complain about my feet hurting but I absolutely loved it! I was always into the whole movie idea and it was just incredible! We went on the Great Movie Ride and I saw a clip of my favorite movie star, Audrey Hepburn at the end. I realized why I wanted to be an actress, not because it is fun to be someone else for a change but to be part of a long lasting legacy.
